Sales organisations on Floriday
Sales organisations can now list stock on Floriday on behalf of the sales organisation itself, instead of on behalf of the actual grower. If you search for a particular grower in Explorer and get no results, a suggestion for the sales organisation's stock will be displayed. You can also visit the sales organisation's Shop via Direct Purchase. You will then see the updated version of the Shop straight away (see: Direct Purchase from Growers has been updated!).
Sort by listing date
Explorer now allows you to sort by the date the stock was listed.
New filters
A number of new filters have been added in Explorer:
Stock type: filter for items under Catalog Prices, Batch Pricing, Special Offers and/or Buying Recommendations
Delivery region (under Explore): this displays growers who can deliver to the selected delivery region based on their terms and conditions of delivery.
Supported currencies (under Explore)
Export packaging (under Explore)
Collections: provided the seller is using the new shop (see: Direct Purchase from Growers has been updated!).
Delivery location improved
Previously, only the delivery location type was shown. Now, the location name you have entered is displayed, too.
Information about certification
You will now also see the grower's certification whenever you click on an item.
Delivery lead time under Batch Pricing
Growers working with Batch Pricing can now also set a delivery lead time. This is displayed in Explorer.
Direct Purchase from Growers has been updated!
A new Shop will soon be available, making Direct Purchase a lot faster, even when there is lots of supply. Growers have been given more options for setting up collections, which also allows the supply to be displayed more clearly. New filters have also been made available, matching those on Explorer.
In the updated shop, the shopping cart groups together the items ordered based on applicable terms and conditions of delivery. So it's now easy to order a combination of items.
This new version has already been launched to sales organisations and will roll out further to growers in the near future.
Improved amendments and claims
It is now possible to enter a return location and box number when making a claim. More reasons have also been added.
A filter has been added to the list so you can filter by main reason. Click on the three dots to read a short summary.
