Permissions for Logistics

You can set various permissions for colleagues. It is now also possible to set these permissions for the Logistics section.

Add filter A02 marketing concept to Explorer
You now have the option of adding the filter A02 Marketing concept to the filters in the Explorer. You do this on the left in the filters under Add filter. You have the option to remember the filter.

You now also have the option to click directly through to another page at the top of the Explorer.

In the Explorer, when searching under Purchases, the star icon now also shows whether you have selected this item.

When rejecting correction or cancellation request, provide a reason
When you receive a correction or cancellation request, you can reject it. You now have the option to reject a correction request and provide a reason directly via Floriday Messenger.

Expiry of correction remembered per device
When making a correction or cancellation request, you can set an expiry time. It defaults to the next working day at 17:00. Now when you choose a different option here, it remembers this per device, so the next request will use the same expiry time.

New shop environment

Behind the scenes, we are constantly improving Floriday to make sure you can buy supply as quickly and effectively as possible. Improvements will soon be made to the Growers' Shop environment (Purchasing > Direct Purchasing).

Setting references

To set references to lines in the cart, you first had to click on the three dots. Now, when you click on the entire line in the shopping cart, the references dialogue appears.

Retail conditions for contracts

When creating a contract, it is now possible to choose ‘Retail conditions’ in addition to the ‘General conditions Royal FloraHolland’.

Share contract with URL to customer
You can now also easily share a created contract with your customer via a URL. You can also share it by clicking on the three dots next to a contract.

Option to order by contract on layers or load carriers
Within a contract, the purchase unit can now be put on layers or load carrier in addition to packaging or pieces.

Growers can exclude within their own network
Previously, if you had filtered on All supply and All growers, you already had the option to exclude growers. You now also have the option to exclude growers when you only choose Offer from selected range or Selected growers.
