Floriday Daytrade is a new way of day trading which combines the benefits of clock auction logistics with the flexibility of direct trading. Growers can market their stock earlier, deliver more substantial quantities to the hubs and let Royal
FloraHolland take care of logistics.

This means new options for you as a buyer, because the supply goes on sale earlier in the day and there is a choice of several delivery time periods. In this article:

Floriday Daytrade is currently only possible at the Royal FloraHolland hub in Rijnsburg, Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer (Aalsmeer only a select group of products). We are gradually expanding the number of growers, giving us ever more supply.

Where can I find Floriday Daytrade?

Floriday Daytrade can be found in Explorer under the tab Daytrade & Clock pre-sales. Growers can market their supply earlier than the clock presale supply. Meaning this is even available before noon.

You can easily filter on specific groups or hubs in the left filter column. You can view the results in grid view (large photos) or list view (rows), depending on your own preference.

Growers put their supply for Rijnsburg, Naaldwijk and Aalsmeer up for sale while it is still at their stock location. As a buyer, you can then actually order from this stock. You can recognise the Daytrade offer by the Daytrade chip at to the auction location. Growers also have the option to set this auction date further into the future for Daytrade offer.

Choosing a delivery time

At the top of the page you have a choice of various delivery times. Choose the desired delivery time here if you want to see an offer for a specific delivery time.

Enter the number of packages and click on the shopping cart to order immediately.

Then at the top you will see the recent orders that have been placed. If necessary, these can be cancelled within 5 minutes before they are made final.

Do you want to set a default time slot for the delivery of Daytrade supply? Then you can choose the icon of the Settings at the top (gear). Then you have three options to choose from.

Grid view: order first and then choose a time period

Are you using the Daytrade & clock pre-sales offer and do you want to determine the delivery time later in the process or provide an end customer reference or delivery comment? Then you can choose the grid view. If you then click on the shopping cart, the screen below will open:

You can now choose to deliver on the Auction Date or a Chosen time period. In the future, the option to have priority deliveries is added.

The Auction date is automatically selected. This means that if you make this choice, the order will be included in the regular auction process. It is important to look at the auction date of the item, because that is the day that you will receive the supply.

You can choose the Chosen time period based on the delivery time that the grower has indicated at which he delivers his supply to the relevant Royal FloraHolland hub.

In the field time slot you can adjust this to which time slot suits you best:

Fill in the required information and place the order.

Renewing Daytrade offering

If new offers are found during the search, this will be indicated on the screen. You can also refresh the supply via the refresh button.

Are you looking for an offer that can be delivered today? Then click on the blue bar.

Product complaints

Complaints for Daytrade clock transactions and Daytrade Clock pre-sale transactions are processed in the same way as regular clock (pre-sale) transactions. The regular opening hours and policy rules apply. You can contact the Customer Contact Center of Royal FloraHolland. They can then refer you to the right employees to further process the product complaint.

Please note!

Behind the scenes, there is currently additional manual work for the quality department to facilitate the product complaint process for Daytrade supply as usual. As a result, the processing of product complaints about these purchases may take a little longer.
