With the EKT message or a preliminary EKT message (V-EKT), you have purchasing information (quantity, product specifications, price, and price inclusive) for your order in your own software package. Do you use EKTs or V-EKTs as a buyer? Make sure your settings are correct and receive order notifications at the desired email addresses after your order.
On this page, you will find the following information:
Setting up email addresses for (V-)EKTs
To configure the correct settings for EKTs and V-EKTs, go to Settings via the three dots in the upper right corner next to your name. Then select the System tab.
Here, you can use the sliders to indicate for which actions you want to receive a (V-)EKT message. Enter the email addresses where you want to receive the messages. If you want to receive the message at multiple addresses, enter the email addresses one after the other, separated by a semicolon (;).
There are three types of EKT messages:
1. The Direct-EKT for direct transactions (MessageType: 231)
2. The V-EKT for KVV/Daytrade transactions (MessageType: 323)
3. The EKT for KVV/Daytrade and Clock transactions (MessageType: 493)
The software supplier can distinguish between the EKT messages using the MessageTypes.
EKTs and V-EKTs are sent via Floriday from the email address: sales-order@floriday.email. Ensure this email address is allowed as a secure sender in the EKT mailbox.

Please note!
You can indicate in the Supplier specific settings under the System tab whether or not you want to receive an EKT from a specific grower. You can also include different auction codes or plate numbers for a specific grower in the EKT.
Receiving EKTs for orders via VMP connection
Do you use a VMP integration to place orders? Make sure the VMP integration is converted to Floriday and also receive (V-)EKTs for orders placed through the VMP.
Read here how to convert the FloraMondo integration to a Floriday integration.
Read here how to convert the FloraXchange integration to a Floriday integration.
When you enable the EKT received for direct sales orders, the slider for the EKT received for orders placed through the VMP is automatically enabled. However, you can also disable the slider for orders placed through the VMP.
Setting up auction codes and plate numbers
If you entered an EKT email address, you can optionally add the auction code and/or a plate number. The auction code is included in the NAD+FLA segment of the EKT.
Receiving (V-)EKTs for clock and clock presale transactions
You can also receive (V-)EKTs for your Clock and Daytrade transactions via Floriday.
When ordering on Clock presale, a V-EKT is sent. This is intended to send preliminary inventory information. If desired, you can enter a separate V-EKT email address for each auction location.
The EKT will be sent later once logistics begins and barcode information is available. This EKT will replace the preliminary EKT (V-EKT).
For the EKT for clock, digital clock, and Daytrade, enter the email addresses where you wish to receive the EKT. You can also enter a separate EKT email address for each auction location.
Additional settings for EKT messages
There are several additional settings for EKT that can be configured by our support team.
These include:
Providing the sales order number (as an RFF+IL segment). This can be configured for all EKTs.
Providing the buyer's administrative number instead of the GLN code. This can be configured for both the V-EKT and the Direct EKT.
Providing the short VBN name of the product instead of the item name (in S99). This can be configured for all EKTs and the V-EKT.
Contact the Floriday support team to have this enabled: send an email to support@floriday.io or call +31 174 352070.
