eWallet: insight into provisional surcharges

For buyers using an eWallet, it is now indicated more clearly what effect the provisional surcharge has on the order amount. You can also see what your remaining balance will be after the order.

Access to MyShop, RFH Pre-Auction, and/or RFH Auction
You can now specify whether the end customer has access to MyShop, RFH Pre-Auction, and/or RFH Auction. There are costs associated with using MyShop. Under the Apps section, you can specify which access should apply to the end customer. A filter has also been added to the end customer overview to view which customers have access to RFH Apps and/or MyShop.

Set up direct app access for new colleagues

It is now possible to choose which apps a new colleague receives immediate access to when creating the invitation. Only the apps that are actually linked are displayed. This does not apply to integrations with proprietary software packages.

Manage user settings

Managing permissions for a colleague has now been expanded. For each module, an Administrator can now use a single checkbox at the top to configure whether a user has access to all permissions in that module, including any potential future additional functionalities. Additionally, the permissions can apply only to the selected sections. New functionalities in the future will then need to be checked separately.

Easy refresh with changed permissions

Previously, when an Administrator granted you custom or extended permissions, you had to log in again to make these changes take effect. Now, you can easily reset access via the Refresh Permissions option in the user menu. The correct permissions will then be in effect.

Enter delivery location when creating a VMP account

When creating a new VMP account for direct sales, it is now mandatory to immediately enter a delivery location.
