June 25: Last auction day at Eelde
Auctioning at the RFH hub Eelde will cease as of June 26. Growers can still create auction delivery forms for Eelde until June 25. Do you have your own establishment on the Eelde auction site? You can still purchase via direct sales after June 25. However, ensure that you, as a buyer at Eelde, have your own GLN location code set as the default delivery location.
Clock corrections and reclamations possible via Floriday
Over the past few weeks, extensive testing has been carried out regarding the submission of corrections and complaints (reclamations) by buyers. These functions are now available to all buyers. Reclamations regarding clock transactions can be submitted until 16:00 on the auction day via the three dots at the end of the line in the purchase order overview. Corrections to clock transactions can also be submitted after that time. These corrections work in the same way as corrections to direct orders; after approval by the grower, these corrections are processed automatically.
Select Delivery options for orders on Daytrade
On Daytrade, you can select a time slot other than the indicated preferred time slot. You can set the Select Delivery time slots via the Select Delivery app. When you select an auction date, after selecting a buyer plate number, you can choose a specific Select Delivery time slot or the regular time slot.
