Do you use DESADV messages? Then you can set via Floriday that you want to receive these messages. Previously, these messages were sent via the CBO, but this will switch to sending the DESADV from Floriday. If you work with a software supplier that doesn't support double DESADV's, then disable the DESADV's from Royal FloraHolland before you set up the DESADV's via Floriday.

Starting August 15, we will automatically convert the sending of DESADVá for you. Please note that this way involve risks if you have not tested it beforehand.
Set up email addresses for DESADVs
You can set up email addresses to receive DESADVs via the three dots at the top right under Settings > System. This setting can only be made by colleagues with Administrator rights.
Click on DESADV settings on the left:
Toggle the slider next to Receive DESADV messages. An input field for the email address where you want to receive the DESADV will then appear below:
Enter the desired email address and click Save. If you wish to receive the DESADV at multiple addresses, use the + Add button.
From now on, you will receive these messages from Floriday.
Stop sending DESADV's via Royal FloraHolland
Do you work with software that does not support double DESADVs? If so, ensure that you disable the old DESADV before switching. You can do this in your My RoyalFloraHolland environment.
You can disable it via the service contracts. Uncheck the box for Connect delivery message v3.4 here.
