You can enter or change your profile information in Floriday. By making your profile public, you make them available and growers can send you a customer offer or purchasing tip personally.
How do I set up my details?
Go to the Start Portal: start.floriday.io. On the left, select Account:
You will then be directed to Personal Details. Set your details here, such as first name, last name, emailaddress, phonenumber and job title.
You can select the option Make profile information public. If you select this option, your name, photo and contact details will be visible on your company page and to suppliers. This increases your accessibility. Besides, you give growers the opportunity to send you purchasing tips personally.
You can place a picture of yourself in the profile photo heading, so that growers can see on your company page who they’re doing business with. Once you’ve finished entering the details, click on Save.
Change password
You can change your password via the Change password tab. It is wise to do this occasionally. Do not share your password with others, and change your password if you suspect that someone else knows it.
My organizations
On the My Organizations tab, you can see which environments you have access to as a user.
