This article explains how to change your e-mailadres for several purposes in Floriday.

In Floriday you configure an email address via settings and account. But also at other spots you might have filled your email address previously, which can have an impact.


Changing e-mail address in Floriday so that it is visible for growers

If you want to change your email address in Floriday so that it is visible on your public profile page and as contact details for growers, go to settings > system on the right side of the screen and go to account. Here you can change your email address.


Changing e-mail address to log into Floriday

If you want to change your mail address because you want to login to Floriday with a different e-mail address, you can request this at our Floriday support desk via the chat or email.

I have changed my email address in Floriday, but I still see my 'old email address'

In that case it is possible that your old email address is still in the CRM administration system of Royal FloraHolland. To change this go to the MyRFH environment on www.royalfloraholland.com.

If you are unsuccessful in changing it you can reach out to your account manager or the contact centre via various channels van Royal FloraHolland.

Do you want to change the bi-weekly Floriday newsletter on another mail address? You can request this via https://www.floriday.io/en/sign-up-for-the-update-mailing


Changing e-mail address to receive Florecom or EKT

At Settings > System you can change or add your Florecom or EKT e-mailaddress. If you choose to fulfil your orders in your own software, we automatically send a Florecom or EKT at every new purchase order, if the email address is filled. You can fill multiple addresses by adding an ';' behind the e-mail address.
