Buy products via Floriday as a customer of the customer

As a customer of the customer, it is possible to purchase products through Floriday. To purchase, you must have an account on Floriday. Your supplier can create an account for you. Contact your supplier if you do not already have an account.

On this page we explain the following actions:


Activating your Floriday account

To activate your Floriday account, your supplier (exporter) must first create the account for you. The moment the account is created, you will receive an email that allows you to activate the account yourself.



Open the email you received from Floriday and click Activate Account.



Complete your Floriday account by creating a password. The password must contain the following elements:

  • At least 10 characters

  • One lowercase letter

  • An uppercase letter

  • One symbol

  • A number

  • No parts of your username

  • Does not contain your first name

  • Does not contain your surname

  • The password must not be the same as your previous 4 passwords.


Click the button: Create Account. And your account is activated.


Searching and purchasing products

Once your account is activated, you can start searching and purchasing products through the Floriday Explorer. Go directly to the Explorer or log in at https://shop.floriday.io/.



You start directly in a start screen.

At the top, you can specify which product you're looking for using the Categories. You can also search by a specific keyword.

If you've previously visited certain growers or the exporter has made a selection for you, these will also be shown on your home screen.



After your selection, you will now enter a new screen where you will see all the products that match your description. You can use filters here, these are on the left side of the screen. You can also choose to search for other products here. Remove the filters and description you had entered and start a new search. On the top, you can choose the list or the tile display option.



Once you've found the right product, you can add it to your shopping cart. First, carefully check where and when you want it delivered at the top. Enter the number of packages, trays, or load carriers you want to order and click the purple shopping cart next to the product.


You have now added a product to your shopping cart. You will then see the Shopping cart in the upper right corner of your screen.


Click on Shopping cart. Here you will see an overview of the orders you can place. The shopping cart takes into account the transport costs and the minimum delivery quantity. If you do not meet the minimum delivery quantity, the order cannot be placed and you must add to your shopping cart.


You can immediately increase the number of packages, which meets the correct delivery quantity. When you click on Supplement, you will be taken to the available offer from the grower. Here you can select extra articles to reach the correct delivery quantity.

Now that you meet the correct delivery quantity, you can click on Place order. You have now placed an order through the Floriday Explorer.


Viewing and cancelling orders

You can see an overview of your orders and cancel orders within the 5-minute cancellation period.

On the upper right you can open the menu with the three dots, here you can choose Orders.


Under Orders you will find the overview of all your orders. You can also see the status of your orders here. This allows you to see whether an order has been approved (green check mark) or, for example, is "inactive" (question mark) and therefore cannot be delivered.


Cancelling an order

Within 5 minutes of ordering a product, you can still cancel the order. You do this by clicking on the 'stop icon' at the status of the order. When an order is cancelled you will see the orange sign for 'order is canceled'.


Selecting favorites

You can also work with favorites in the Explorer. By selecting items as favorites, you can easily filter the items you have selected as favorites at a later time.

Making a favorite

Click the item's three dots, then click Add to favorites.


Filter by favorites

Once you have selected one or more items as favorites, the filter becomes available to display only the favorites items (the heart icon). This makes it easy to order on the products you have marked as favorites.



Access to Royal FloraHolland Apps

If your supplier has granted you access to RFH apps such as the RFH Pre-Auction App or the RFH Auction App, you can log in with the same email address and password you use to log in to MyShop. Depending on the permissions the supplier has set for you, you can also search for clock pre-sales supply and, if possible, purchase directly.

You can get access to the Apps using the icon of the nine dots at the top of the screen:

Setting up preferences and notifications

You can select Settings via the three dots in the top right corner. Settings offers you various options.

Under the Preferences tab, you can choose how you want to manage your items and indicate whether you want to process pre-sale orders immediately or place them in your shopping cart first.

The Notifications tab allows you to specify what you want to receive notifications for and how you want to receive them.
