Easily recognise an offer/purchase tip

Since a few weeks, thanks to a handy indicator, you can already easily recognise whether a search result in the Explorer is an offer or purchase tip. Until recently, this was only possible in the list view, but now it can also be seen in the tile view. If you hover your mouse over it, you can already see some more information and/or click through to the offer.
