Add connections from the Explorer

In the Explorer, a Connections button has now been added in the grower overview. That way you can easily see within a certain product group which growers you are already following.

Cancelled orders in order progress screen

In the order progress screen (Purchases > Direct Purchases > Order Progress) it is now also shown when an order has been canceled.
