As a buyer, you can define your working method within the platform. This goes on two levels, general or functional settings and it is also possible to make exceptions for specific growers. General settings include settings such as, growers are allowed to create manual orders for me. And under functional settings you can set whether the buyer works with contracts and whether this includes exceptions (e.g. with grower 'x' I want to create a contract but not the rest).
