Platform and push notifications are currently only available in Dutch.
In this article, we will show you how you can adjust the settings of your notifications. You can choose which way you want to receive the notifications per user. There are three options:
Notification: by choosing this option, a number will be shown next to the bell at the top of the Floriday screen stating the number of notifications of events that you have set up.
Email: You will receive a notification via email.
Push notification: you can receive these notifications on both a computer and an (Android) telephone.
Please note: the push notification doesn't work on iOS devices at present. In this case, the email notifications can be set up in such a way that you can choose when notifications will be shown on the mobile telephone.
How do you set up notifications in Floriday?
Click on the three dots at the top right. Then go to ‘Settings’ in the menu.
Now click on ‘Notifications’ at the top of the screen. Using the sliders, set up for which events you want to receive notifications.
Don’t forget to give permission for receiving push notifications (both on your desktop and on your telephone).
Go to Settings > Notifications and link your telephone. You have to do this for each telephone/device.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see whether devices are activated.
You can do a test with the push notification. Should this not be received, this may be because your telephone doesn't allow the notifications. In that case, you should check your settings on your telephone. This is different for each telephone.
In general, you get there via these steps:
On your telephone go to Settings > apps > search for Floriday > Allow Notifications
