Now that the Explorer is live for all buyers, it is extra important that the supply of growers is set up correctly, so that you get the right search results when setting certain filters. If you now see an item, of which the picture does not look right, the availability is not correct, an item characteristic is missing or a packing is not set correctly, it is now possible to make a report to the grower.

Note: To be able to make a report, it is necessary that your profile data is set to public. This way the grower can see who the notification is from. Read more about making your profile information public.

When you see an article, click on the three dots in the upper right corner and click on 'Report feedback'. Choose the option you want to report. Then, you can give the reason and an additional explenation of the report. Finally click on 'Confirm'. The grower will now receive a notification in his e-mail and on his dashboard.
