This article will help you to solve issues with logging in to Floriday. Below are tips that help with the most common issues. If you're still experiencing trouble logging in after using the steps in this article, please contact our support team.
Make sure you enter the correct credentials
The username for Floriday is always an email address. If you don't remember your password, click on "Need help signing in?".
Next, click on "Forgot password?", enter your email address and click Reset via Email. An email will be sent, containing a link with which you can reset your password.
If you can't remember your username or if you're not receiving the email to reset your password, please contact our support team.
Update your saved password
After changing your password, the previous password may still be saved in your browser. You will know if that's the case when a password is already filled in the Password field. You may encounter issues logging in if you don't update the saved password. This is why we recommend to update your saved credentials after changing your password.
When you've entered your updated password, your browser usually prompt you to update the password. If the prompt doesn't show up, you can always manually manage your saved passwords.
Click in the password field where the password is already filled in. In the following prompt, click on Manage passwords.
On the next page, scroll down to Saved passwords and search for idm.floriday.io. Click on the 3 dots next to this address and click Edit password. For security reasons you will need to enter the password to your computer before being able to view and edit your previous password. Click Save once you've updated the password.
The next time you want to log in to Floriday, the correct credentials will be auto-filled for you.
A common solution for solving log in issues can be clearing the cookies in your browser. We recommend that you only clear the cookies for Floriday, to prevent issues with other websites. Below we'll explain how to clear them just for Floriday.
Click on the 3 dots in the top right of your browser.
Click Privacy and security on the left
Click Cookies and other site data
Click See all cookies and site data
You will now see a list of all the cookies saved by your browser. Use the search field to look for Floriday and delete the corresponding cookies by clicking the trash bin on the right hand side.
Re-open the browser and log in to Floriday.
Temporarily disable Extensions in Google Chrome
If the aforementioned solutions didn't work, the problem could be with the Google Chrome extensions you're using. These extensions are usually very helpful, but in some cases they can cause trouble logging in. This is why we recommend temporarily disabling these extensions to find out if these are causing the login issues.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of Google Chrome.
Choose More tools and click on Extensions.
The next page will show the extensions that are currently active. Set all the sliders to off to disable the extensions.
Now check if you're able to log in. If that's the case, turn on the extensions one by one and log in again. This method allows you to pinpoint the extension that's preventing you from logging in. Now either disable or delete the extension or find an alternative extension that does work.
Check your Antivirus software
In some cases, Antivirus software will block certain websites, without cause. Most Antivirus software allows you to make exceptions for blocked websites.
If the solutions on this page haven't helped, we recommend to check your Antivirus software to see if it's blocking the Floriday website. If so, make an exception for Floriday and you should be able to log in again.
