Sometimes a correction is needed on part of an order, for example, due to lost packagings or when a quality issue exists for part of the order. Solutions exist for these situations as well.

How can I correct part of an order?

Receive too much or too little

If you received too much or too little, you can adjust the number of packages on the order itself. You can send this correction to the grower. After approval (and any additional packages processed) by the grower, the financial settlement will be automatically adjusted.

Price adjustment for part of the order

If a price change needs to be made, please discuss this with the grower first. The grower can then deduct the incorrectly priced pakcages from the original order. The grower can then create an order with the remaining quantity and the adjusted price.

As a buyer, you can also make a downward adjustment to the original order and then submit an order request for the adjusted quantity. Please ensure that the logistics means remain correct. The grower can make any necessary adjustments on logisitic meanbs in the fulfilled deliveries.
