Fulfillment orders

An overview of the logistics information for your ordered items

Written by Paula Luiten - van der Schilt

Under Logistics > Fulfillment orders, you will find information about placed orders. The overview under Logistics shows the deliveries for both direct orders and orders for Clock Pre-sales, Daytrade, and buying via the clock.

Under the menu Logistics > Fulfillment orders, you can see which deliveries are scheduled for a selected time frame (day, week, month), along with additional information about the delivery; information regarding delivery form numbers, logistics resources, and delivery information.

On this page you will find more information about:

Fulfillment orders

When you place an order on direct supply from a grower, an outstanding delivery order (fulfillment order) is created on the grower's side. The grower processes this fulfillment order, thereby generating a delivery form which is sent with the delivery. Upon fulfilling the order, a delivery form number is generated, after which the costs can be collected.

For orders on Clock Pre-sale, Daytrade, and for the clock auction, a grower creates a clock delivery form and determines how many of these can be sold in Clock Pre-sale or Daytrade. If you order on this supply, these orders also automatically become deliveries. A purchase on the clock auction also results in a delivery form. You can view the commercial information of the orders under Purchasing > Purchase orders.

You can find the logistics information under the Logistics menu.

On the Fulfillment orders screen, you can view all deliveries within a specific selected time slot (day, week, month, past 7 days, etc.). You can adjust this time slot at the top:

When a delivery form number is known (after processing the delivery on the grower's side), it is also shown in the overview.

Logistics means

In the third column, you see the logistical resources per delivery; the number and type of load carrier. In the fourth column, you see any additional added plates and shelves. The total of the Danish containers (DCs with tag) and auction trolleys is shown at the top.

If you would like a more convenient overview of the specific logistics means received, you can find an overview under the heading Logistics means. Here you will find information per grower.

Click on the delivery for further information about this fulfilled order. You will also find information about the logistics means used in this details screen.

Signing in

You can also sign in the recieved orders via the delivery details screen (Button Sign in):

Tip!

Add your logistics staff to Floriday as additional users and give them access to the Logistics section of Floriday. This allows them to sign in incoming deliveries, ensuring you always have this information clearly organized in Floriday.

Transport type

The type of logistics is also clearly stated in the delivery overview. If the carrier is also known, this is also listed in the preceding column.

BLO = Outside Logistics; Royal FloraHolland's logistics are not used for the transport of this direct order.

LOG = Logistics; Royal FloraHolland's Logistics services are used.

CLOCK = this concerns an order based on the auction supply and is distributed by Royal FloraHolland's logistics as is customary for auction orders.

Track and Trace

Under the Status column, you can see the progress of the transport when transport scans are used. You can also find this information on the delivery detail page.

As a buyer, you will only see the Track & Trace information if you placed the order yourself. This is possible by ordering from a grower's supply via (a connection to) Floriday.
