In Floriday, you can directly buy supply from growers in your network. To do so, it is important that your delivery locations are known, so that growers know where to deliver to.

In this article, we will explain how to add and delete your own locations as delivery locations in Floriday. Adding and removing locations is done on the Royal Flora Holland website, which will then pass it on to Floricode.

Once Floricode has registered the changes, Floriday automatically retrieves the changes and shows it in Floriday.

  • Do you want to specify a location that is not registered to your company? Then go to Settings > Organization > Delivery locations in Floriday. Press Add, give the delivery location a name of your choice, add the location and click Save. This location will then also become available to your company.

Add a delivery location

You can add your own physical delivery locations by logging in to the Royal Floraholland website.

Once you are logged in, click on My Details, followed by Company details.

The Company details page will now open in a new tab. Click on My Locations.

You will then see an overview of locations. Click on the New button to add a new location.

In the next screen, fill in all fields, and click Submit. An email will be sent to the Member Administration at Royal Flora Holland. They will implement the change, and it will be sent to Floricode.

Floriday retrieves the delivery locations directly from Floricode. Every Friday, Floricode processes new registrations. This means that, after adding a new delivery location with Royal Flora Holland, it will become available in Floriday on the following Friday.

Keep in mind that if there are no delivery locations registered at Floricode (and therefore in Floriday), purchase orders can't be processed completely.


How to delete a delivery location

To delete your own physical delivery location, log in again on the Royal FloraHolland website.

Once you are logged in, click on My Details, followed by Company details.

The Company Details page will now open in a new tab. Click on My Locations.

Now click on the delivery location in the next screen and then click on Finish, after which the relevant location will be deleted.

After requesting the deletion, this is passed on to Floricode. Every Friday, Floricode processes new changes to warehouses. Given that Floriday gets location data from Floriday, the delivery location will be deleted from Floriday on the following Friday.
