Contracts

Two changes have been made to the contracts section. First of all, it is now possible to view deleted contracts. You can do this by filtering on “Show deleted contracts”. In addition, the choice of packaging or number of pieces is remembered when creating a contract, making it even easier to create a contract the next time.

Correction requests

It is now possible to make corrections to purchase orders by means of correction requests. As a buyer, you submit a correction request, which the grower must then approve. The grower can do this until 5:00 PM the following day; if there is no response then the request will automatically expire. The correction is only implemented upon agreement. The grower can also submit a request for correction, which you as the buyer can approve up to 5:00 PM the next day.

Accepting correction requests

When you select multiple corrections, you can accept them simultaneously.

CSV Download

It is now possible to download a CSV of all purchase orders. Click on the 3 dots to the right of the filter > Download CSV.

Purchasing dashboard

The purchasing dashboard is now available to everyone. The purchasing dashboard is the place where all supply lines are displayed that do not match the grower's supply lines in Floriday. This is mainly used when orders are submitted via Florecom messages, an Excel upload or a manual entry. In these cases, no supply is retrieved from Floriday. As a result, it may happen that you submit an order with a different price, load configuration or availability.

Deviating characteristics

The “Action required” overview shows why orders that have been entered do not match the supply on Floriday. The deviating characteristics are now shown in red, so that it is immediately clear why the order is not being processed. The product description and code are also displayed with this purchase order.

Re-matching order

When the orders are rematched, a progress indicator in the form of a counter can now be seen. This indicates Floriday’s progress in matching orders.

Delivery time

Lines with an expired delivery time can from now on be adjusted directly from the overview page.

Grower Catalogue

If the grower has set a delivery period for a product, this is displayed with the product and can be seen in the product details dialogue. If the grower has added a product specialist, you will also see this in this screen.
